Question What size dumpsters do Dorrance Recycling offer for their customers?

Answer – Dorrance Recycling has five different size dumpsters to choose from

 15-yard dumpster (12’ long x 8’ wide x 4’ high)

 20-yard long dumpster (20’ long x 8’ wide x 4’ high)

 20-yard short dumpster (15’ long x 8’ wide x 5’ high)

 30-yard dumpster (22’ long x 8’ wide x 6’ high)

• *40-yard dumpsters are only available upon special request (22’ long x 8’ wide x 8’ high)

Questions- Are there additional fees other than the rental fee of the dumpster?

Answer- Yes there could be other fees added to our invoice

Additional fees could include.

 Rental fee- if the customer has the dumpster longer than the agreed rental duration

Tonnage fee- if the dumpster weighs more than the allotted weight for the dumpster you ordered there will be an additional fee per ton which is prorated.

Waste Ban Items- Each item is priced individually

Question- How far in advance should I call to order a dumpster?

Answer – It is always best to call at least one week before you need the dumpster!

Question -Do I need to call to get the dumpster to removed or is it Automatic?

Answer- You MUST call to arrange removal of a dumpster. We will not come to pick up dumpster unless you call and schedule a removal.

Question- Dose Dorrance Recycling offer a Vertran discount?

Answer- Yes a discount will be subtracted from your invoice.
